Connect with Greek and Italian food at home and abroad with this spring 2024 study abroad program that features two weeks of travel in May. You will explore traditional foodie neighborhoods, Testaccio, in Rome, agroturismos in Florence all while checking out the touring known sites and embracing the Italian way of life. You will have the opportunity to visit some of the most famous destinations in Italy and Greece, known for their unique cuisine and food products along with their historical sites.

The program goals are to provide students with the opportunity to work with Italian and Greek chefs, to be immersed in the culture and the cuisine of Italy and Greece, and to develop a global network in preparation for a career in the food industry.

The program is typically offered every other year. It was last offered in spring 2024.
